For the last 6 years, Allard de Jong (Dutch,
1964) has been solving organisations' "people
problems" and measurably increasing their
senior executives' employment value by accelerating
their professional development and transitions.
Travelling globally, his work focuses on encouraging
emotional intelligence skills and ardently
campaigning for the "Leader As Coach"
approach across borders and cultures. Allard
further relies on considerable language, presentation
and creative skills.

include work with the following leaders in
their respective fields: Amadeus, Bank of
New York, Cortefiel, Eli Lilly, GE, Hennis
& Mauritz, Ingenico, McDonald's, Procter
& Gamble, Repsol, Tesco, Warner Brothers…
He received a Masters Degree in Communications
Studies and a Bachelors in International Business.
He has trained with CoachU, the Graduate School
of Coaching as well as the School of Small
Business Coaching and has studied in person
with leaders in the field. He recently co-authored
"Excellence in coaching: The industry's
guide".
